Windpark Oranjepolder
Onshore Wind Energy
Integrated Planning for a Compact, Fast-Track Onshore Wind Project
Windpark Oranjepolder is an onshore wind project located in the Oosterhout area of Brabant, near the A59, consisting of two Nordex wind turbines. The project commenced in January 2026, with physical construction starting in November 2026 and commercial operation scheduled for March 2027 — making it a highly time-critical, fast-track development.
Procon Planning supports Eneco in their role as end client and developer, providing structured planning and project controls across the full project lifecycle.
Fast-Track Programme Jan 2026 – Mar 2027
From project start to commercial operation in under 15 months — with physical construction, turbine installation and grid connection all compressed into a four-month window. Every interface matters.
Managing Interfaces in a Multi-EPC Environment
Although compact in scale, the project is delivered through three parallel EPC packages:
- Civil and foundation works
- Electrical scope, including park cabling and grid connection
- Turbine supply, installation and commissioning
Each package is executed under a separate EPC contract, creating multiple technical and schedule interfaces that must be tightly managed to safeguard the ambitious programme.
