End-to-end planning support for a highly complex nearshore build

Procon Planning supported Ballast Nedam from tender to commissioning on the Windplanblauw nearshore wind farm in the IJsselmeer. Delivering the EPC balance-of-plant planning for foundations and inter-array cables, we helped coordinate a construction sequence involving multiple vessels and barges, each with critical, tightly timed tasks.

Working in a lake environment with onshore-type foundations made planning absolutely essential. We ensured aligned milestones, flawless delivery of components, and zero downtime risks, safeguarding the WTG supplier’s fixed installation schedule. The project was completed on time and successfully delivered through disciplined planning and close collaboration.
